I was in a narcissistic relationship for over 10 years.

After my separation in 2019, I began my wellness journey and learned that personal accountability is the key to creating and sustaining change.

I attended a variety of workshops/classes/trainings/sessions with others on my quest for calm and clarity in my life. I focused on understanding my patterns, behaviours, and triggers when it came to the areas of life where I noticed inaction. Now I am able to get things done and prioritize my needs.

I believe that all individuals are experts in their own lives. My passion is to others break through self-sabotaging patterns and help individuals through their trauma.
